I believe in using a holistic approach to treat our minds and body with a combination of eastern wisdom and western science. I have studied different Complementary health modalities so that I can be with you as your therapist through your health journey.  
 

Too often we need to see different practitioners for our different needs, finding ourselves retelling our stories, struggling to make different appointments, putting ourselves into compartments for our health.
 

That’s why the holistic service is so important to me – we can integrate your care if needed work with your other health care providers and take away the fragmented feeling of what good health really means to you

Kinesiology is a dynamic modality that encompasses the modern knowledge of western science combined with ancient wisdom of eastern traditions to treat the body and mind together in a holistic way. Using the subtle energies of the body combined with knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, meridian flow, acupressure, psychology, nutrition and structural assessments - it promotes physical, emotional and spiritual health to release underlying stresses held within the body and mind.

Holistic wellness coaching means we look at the whole picture, we consider everything in your life and how it can work together to help you become the vision of yourself that you dream of.

Step by step we make changes that pave the way forward into establishing positive long term behaviours and attitudes that are now part of your everyday life -empowering you to design and live the life you want.

Hypnotherapy

We use hypnosis in sessions to go deeper to work on attitudes or habits that you might be wanting to break, but just can’t seem to - such as smoking, relationships with food, fears or phobias

To do this we move past your everyday logical brain by relaxing you to a state where we can access your subconscious and imprint positive changes.  

Examples of goals used in Hypnosis may be a goal that is outcome based for you connected with your vision of the future - such as “I am confident in myself and communicate easily with others. Any past idea that I could not speak well in public seems impossible to me”
